2003 server as a video streaming server

Hi all -

I'm inquiring about the system requirement for a 2003
video streaming server. we will have the following
scenario;

-30 GB of video files broken up into about 100 different
compressed (asf and wmv) files

-approximately 600 concurrent connections to any one of
the video files

This system will only serve as a video streaming server
so, there will be no apps or database on it. Any
suggestions?
