2003 Server TIMEOUT Issues

1-Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for the Intel File
Transfer service to connect.

2-Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for the Intel Alert
Originator service to connect.

3-Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for the Intel Alert
Handler service to connect.
I need help with thw above messages, what happens is that
my users and self loose conectivity to server about every
3 days, and we need to re-boot it. This has become a pain
and upsetting.
We already change, HHD, memory, power supply,we are about
to change the TYAN motherboard, we looked at everything we
can possibly think of and can not understand or figured
out what is going on or happening.
We need help PLEASE.

We had several people look at this and we get no answer.
Even, we used the MS knowledge base and they did not have
an answer for this matter....
