Anyone know how to setup 2003 server w/o domain so that it shares files out
just like windows 98? I have 5 windows 98 machines connected to 2003r2
server. I need to have directories shared w/o username or password. Much
like the windows 98 shares that require absolutly no username password and
open to anyone.

Thanks

On the server create user accounts with user names and passwords which
exactly match the user names and passwords used to log onto the Win98
machines. Assign share and security permissions to server folders as
needed.
