2003 server sessions management window has both ip addresses and n

I login to a 2003 server and open
computer management, shared folder, sessions
to see what computers are using the server. Some entries show the ip of the
pc and some show the computer name. I would assume they should all have the
computer name and that something is wrong. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
