2003 DC won't connect to NT4 server

Windows 2003 is a domain controller. I try connecting to a
network share on a NT4 server and get the following
message. "No network provider accepted the given network
path". I can connect to the NT4 server with other Network
Servers, but not this DC which is also a terminal Server.

did you install Active Directory client on Windows NT server?

Windows 2003 DC by default will digitally sign any communication between the
clients and itself. Clients like Windows 9x and Windows NT don't understand
messages that are signed (by default) so you either have to install this
client or disable signed communication.

What service pack is running on the NT 4.0 server?
An SP of SP4 or higher.
