2003 ClusSvc Event:1049 IP Address Resource

Tyring to bring up a Virtual IP Resource up on a different network than the
IP of the public nics.

Cluster IP Address resource 'test' cannot be brought online because address
206.114.32.91 is already present on the network. Please check your network
configuration.
