I have a Cable Modem/wireless router (192.168.1.1) and a Vonage/router
(192.168.2.1). They are connected via the Wan port. It works fine
except I can not share files/printers between computers not on the
same router.

I then changed router 2 (Vonage) to be 192.168.1.150 and connected the
routers through a regular port instead of the wan port. This enables
me to share files/printers, however Vonage stops working.

ANyone have any suggestions?

Replace the Cable Modem+Router with just a DOCSIS Cable Modem and simplify your LAN.

Hmmm, I have the same problem, however the network comes through a tunnel.
Both linksys befsx41's with vpn/firewall. rtr 1 is 192.168.2.1 and other is
1.1, like they should be (vpn has to be on a diff subnet) I can not see
other computer in net hood on any workstation, but can map network shares
with mapping to a net drive and see that. you can do it by telling ip
insted of name.

Win 2k is the os, but I did one with XP and I could see net hood had other
computer, 2k couldnt. work around is map the share like this : \\192.168.
1.XXX\share
or
\\192.168.2.XXX\share

Good luck HTH
