2 nics w2k3

I am having problem getting 2 nics on different sub's to
work, knocks out dns exchange etc. the 2 sub's are
255.255.255.0 & 255.255.255.248.

Can you give more details? and what IPs are for the two NICs given?

Is this a DC? Having two NICs in a DC (especially the first/only DC in a
domain) can cause lots of problems with name resolution (both Netbios names
and DNS).

And it often completely breaks browsing.
