2 nic's with the same IP

Can i have 2 nic's to the same Server (Microsoft Windows 2003 Server) with
the same IP?

The first Nic just receive and the the second Nic just transmit.

So i can increase my banwith to 200Mbit (100Mbit per each one)

No. But you may team them in order to accomplish your objective. Choose
port aggregation as your teaming option. Intel sells cards which can
support teaming. Not all cards do.
