That's what I get on my plan.

If I wanted to montior each workstation's "traffic" is there a program
that would work with a Belkin F5D7230-4 or Netgear MR 814?

I want to stay under the limit.

Thanks.

There are apps that will monitor network traffic. LanSpeed
(http://www.snapfiles.com/get/lanspeed.html) is a freebie. It can't
distinguish between LAN and internet traffic though. There are others
out there I'm sure. Try googling "network monitor" or some such.
