2 Domains and 1 RRAS Server for VPN -- Please Help!

The Setup:

I have 2 separate Windows 2000 AD domains (Domain A and Domain B) running on
the same network in native mode.

Domain A and Domain B are setup as trusted domains -- the trust works
perfectly for shared resources.

My RRAS server is a member of Domain A, and user accounts on Domain A (with
proper permissions) can login from the outside world via PPTP VPN with no
problems.

I've recently setup a group of users in Domain B with dial-in permission
enabled on their Domain B user accounts.

I've also setup an additional RRAS policy on the RRAS server in Domain A to
allow the group in Domain B to connect.

I made sure that the RRAS server in Domain A is a member of the "RAS and IAS
Servers" group in Domain B.

The Problem:

When I try to connect as one of the Domain B users, I get the error

"Verifying Username and Password...

Error 930: The authentication server did not respond to authentication
requests in a timely fashion"

Does anyone have any ideas?

Everything that I find related to this error has to do with RADIUS
authentication...

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am having the same problem. Have you had any success with this yet?

Nothing yet. In my web searches I found one other person with the same
problem, but no response/solution.
