I have a client which is travelling between office and factory with a
notebook. Is there any way that he can logon to both domains with one
profile on his notebook? This is important that he has his e-mails, Documents
etc. on one location on his PC and not spread out in two profiles.

Sure, user can only logon to his/hers profile regardless of the office. Once
logged on he/she should be able to access resources in the other domain (if
setup correctly).

What resource does the user need to access in the second domain/office?

Are these domains in the same forest?
Can the email(exchange?) server be resolved by an external dns name?
What kinds of resources does the user need access to in the factory? Files,
databases, ??

The user doesn't need to log into a separate domain to gain access to its
resources.

There are 10 kinds of people who understand binary. Those who do and those
who don't.
