I assume that your question contemplates that you will have client machines
joined to different domains on the same subnet. If these domains are the
same forest, you must ensure that the scope is split between the servers so
that the ranges do not overlap; and you must ensure that whatever DNS server
the scope options point to can resolve both domains or refer/forward to an
appropriate DNS server. If these are separate forests, you may also need to
authorize the DHCP server in the other domain - see:
