We have a dhcp server for our 10.1.30.0 network, and a new system was
brought in today with has a private network in the 192.168.202.0 range.
The main server for this is multihomed with both networks , but its dhcp is
only attached to the class c network. My concern is would it be able to
serve any of the class c addresses to my class a dhcp clients?
Is there a tool to test? Thanks

CR

As long as the DHCP server is binded to the correct adapter machine the
subnet of the scope id will be fine.
I'm not aware of any such tool available now.
Thanks

It will only serve addresses where the Scope and the Nic match, even if it
is bound to both Nics. In fact, binding the Scope to a Nic that doesn't
match the the Scope's subnet may even cause an error (if it doesn't, it
should IMO, next SP I guess).
