I'm currently in an apartment and am wondering how close a 2.4GHz phone has
to be to cause reception problems with a 2.6GHz Network, such as the Linksys
WRT54G router. I currently have 900MHz phones so I won't have any problems
there, but can a phone thats 50+ feet away, with 2-3 walls between us cause
a problem ? And is it only when the phone is being used, or can problems
exist even when the phone is on-hook ?

Thanks,

David...

The best way to know is to buy a cordless phone where you can return it if
it is not compatible with your wi-fi setup. FHSS phones can be more
interfering than ordinary dual frequency analog or digital phone.
