16 Meg unlimited in Central London?

Any suggestions? I'm on 8MB (0.5 meg up) Bulldog which is great, but it's
costing me £37ish including their phone line.

Would like to pay a bit less, and maybe get 16 meg (1 up).

Must be proper unlimited, and not have any throttling, shaping, or ports
blocked.
