I was looking at a device http://www.sonicwall.com/products/tz170.html and
it said it has the capability to have ...128..is this same as one to one
NAT?

How many static routes can I create on a TZ 170?You can enter up to 128
static IP route entries, regardless of the SonicOS 2.0 version.

No static routes and NAT are completely different topics. Don't take this
the wrong way, but get someone that knows what they are doing to help you.
Networking is not rocket science, but hiring a consultant will save you a
ton of grief.
