Turn off and disable the license logging service and keep track of your
licenses manually. Outlook for one is very bad at releasing licenses, but
the service itself is buggy and is not mandatory in W2k/AD. Check in an SBS
group to make sure you can do this with SBS....I don't use it so I'm not
sure.
